are my top tricks for getting the most out of any grocery list.

Most printable grocery lists are quite generic so as to be usable by a
wide variety of shoppers. That's fine, however, for maximum efficiency
you'll want to customize your grocery list to include the items you
regularly shop for. Do this the first time you use a new list.

-- Keep it easy.

Next, there are a couple of options you'll want to consider.

1. One option is to print off multiple blank copies of your printable
grocery list after you finish customizing it. Keep your copies in a folder
in your kitchen so you can conveniently grab a new copy whenever you need

GHIRARDELLI INDIVIDUAL CHOCOLATE LAVA CAKES

Centers:
1/2 bar (2-oz) 60% Cacao Bittersweet Chocolate Baking Bar
1/4 cup heavy cream

Cakes:
Nonstick cooking spray
1 bar (4-oz) 60% Cacao Bittersweet Chocolate Baking Bar
1 stick unsalted butter
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup cake flour

To make the centers:
Melt chocolate in cream in the top of a double boiler. Whisk gently to
blend well. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. Form mixture into 6
balls.

To make the cakes:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 6 4-ounce ramekins or custard cups with
the nonstick cooking spray. Melt chocolate and butter in top of a double
boiler. Whisk the mixture gently to blend. With an electric mixer, whisk
together eggs, egg yolks, sugar, and vanilla on high for 5 minutes. Fold
the chocolate mixture and flour into the egg mixture until combined. Spoon
mixture evenly into the prepared ramekins. Place a chocolate ball center
in the center of each ramekin of batter. Bake 15 minutes or until firm to
the touch. Let stand 5 minutes before inverting onto dessert plate. Remove
ramekin.

3 Hot Lunchtime Sandwich Recipes For Busy Moms

When it comes to feeding my family their lunches, I like to alternate
between hot and cold sandwiches. During the hot summertime months, I like
to use my toaster oven to make the recipes, but you could certainly use a
conventional oven too.

You could serve a simple side salad, some fresh veggies, a hot soup or a
few fresh fruits.

Tuna Burgers

1 can tuna, drained
1/3 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
1/8 cup onion, finely chopped
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 cup sour cream
Cheddar Cheese, shredded
2 hamburger buns

In a medium sized bowl, combine all of the above ingredients together,
except for the cheddar cheese until well blended. Split the 2 hamburger
buns so that you have 4 halves. Spread the tuna mixture evenly on the bun
halves and sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top. Place them on a baking
sheet and bake in a 350 degree oven or toaster oven until they are bubbly
and hot, approximately 8-10 minutes.

Spam Sandwiches

1 can of Spam, chopped into pieces
1/2 lb. American Cheese
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup green olives
1 small can tomato paste
4 hot dog rolls

Place cheese, Spam meat, onions and olives in a blender and blend until
ingredients are chopped up and well blended together. Pour in the tomato
paste and blend for 30 additional seconds. Spoon mixture into the hot dog
rolls and then wrap each roll in aluminum foil. Place foil packs on a
baking sheet and bake in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes, let cool
slightly and then serve warm.

Devil Ham Sandwiches

1 green pepper, finely chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup catsup
4 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
5 ounce can deviled ham
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup melted butter
4 hamburger rolls

Butter Pound Cake Recipe

This is a really rich pound cake which is tasteful alone or with ice cream
or a fruit topping such as peaches. This is probably one of the best if
not the best pound cake recipe I have ever made. I have made cream cheese,
sour cream,buttermilk, etc and whipping cream still seems to be the best
to me. This cake is very moist, easy to make and very delicious. Oh, my
goodness talk about exceptional! This cake is so incredibly good! These
classic cakes have a dense crumb, a tender, moist texture and a rich,
buttery taste.Bakers use the creaming method-beating the fat and sugar
together to hold air bubbles-and chemical liveners like baking powder,
rather than beaten eggs like sponge cakes and angel food cakes to create
their fine texture. Some recipes also call for chemical liveners baking
powder or baking soda, milk, buttermilk or sour cream, flavoring extracts,
and a pinch of salt to heighten the flavors. Over-mixing, which would
cause the cookies to spread flat when baking, is hard to do when creaming
butter and sugar for a cake. Since there are so few ingredients in these
cakes, use high-quality butter and pure flavoring extracts, measure with
perfect accuracy and follow the recipe directions to achieve the best
results. This is my favorite style of pound cake, resulting in a firm cake
that is great for cubing, slicing or snacking it's highly addictive and is
great for dipping in ganaches and creams or sauces. Butter Pound cake
recipe

Ingredients 1 cup butter 1 8-ounce package cream cheese 6 eggs 3 cups
all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 2-1/4 cups
sugar 1/4 cup poppy seed 2 teaspoons vanilla Directions 1. Allow butter,
cream cheese, and eggs to stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, grease and lightly flour a 10-inch tube pan; set aside. Combine
flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside. 2. In a large mixing bowl beat
butter and cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium to high speed
about 30 seconds or until softened. Gradually add sugar, 2 tablespoons at
a time, beating on medium speed about 5 minutes or until very light and
fluffy. Add poppy seed and vanilla. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating on low
to medium speed 1 minute after each addition and scraping bowl frequently.
Gradually add flour mixture, beating on low speed just until combined.
Pour batter into prepared pan. 3. Bake in a 325 degree F oven about 75
minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
Cool in pan on wire rack 15 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool thoroughly on
wire rack. Drizzle Lemon Icing over cake. Makes 16 servings. Gooey Butter
Cake Recipe Easy butter cake recipe that yields moist and delicious butter
cake, with drool some butter cake pictures. Those butter cake slices look
so appetizing with afternoon coffee. For the crust: 1 (18.5 ounce)box of
yellow cake mix 1 egg 1 stick (1/2 cup) of butter, melted For the Filling:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla 1
pound box of confectioners sugar 1 stick (1/2 cup) of butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 13x9x2-inch glass baking dish with
Non-Stick cooking spray. In a large mixing bowl, mix together the cake
mix, the egg, and the melted butter. Pat the dough down into the bottom of
the glass baking dish. Set aside. In the same bowl, mix together softened
cream cheese until smooth. Add the eggs and vanilla. Mix in the
confectioner's sugar. Beat well and then slowly add the butter until all
ingredients are well mixed. Pour onto crust and bake for 40 to 50 minutes.
When you go to take it out of the oven, it will seem awfully "gooey" in

Dessert.

FROZEN COCOA DESSERT

1 medium ripe banana

1 cup orange juice

1/2 cup cold water

1 cup cream

1/2 cup Splenda

1/4 cup baking cocoa powder

Slice banana into the container of a blender. Add orange juice and cold
water. Cover and blend until smooth. Add remaining ingredients, cover
again and blend well. Pour into a freezer-proof square pan. Cover and
freeze until hard around the edges.

Spoon the partially frozen mixture into blender container. Cover and
blend until smooth but not melted. Pour into a 1-quart mold. Cover and
freeze until firm. Unmold onto a plate that has been chilled. Slice and
serve.

Garnish with some Sugar-Free Frozen Whipped Topping, thawed, if desired.

CHOCOLATE ECLAIR DESSERT

1 cup water

1/2 cup butter

1 cup all-purpose flour

4 eggs or 1 cup egg substitute

1 small pkg instant sugar-free vanilla pudding mix

2 3/4 cups low-fat milk

1 pkg (8 oz) light cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate syrup

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a saucepan, bring water and butter to a
boil, stirring constantly until butter is melted. Reduce heat to low and
add the flour. Stir vigorously with a wooden spoon until mixture leaves
sides of pan and forms a smooth ball. Remove from the heat. Add eggs,
one at a time or 1/4 cup at a time, beating well after each addition.
Beat until the batter becomes smooth. Spread into a greased and floured
13x9-inch baking pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until puffed and golden.
Immediately remove from pan and cut in half horizontally. Cool
completely. For filling, beat the pudding mix, milk and cream cheese in a
mixing bowl until smooth. Just before serving, place the bottom eclair
layer on a serving platter and cover with filling. Add the other eclair
layer to the top of filling mixture and drizzle with chocolate syrup.

NOTE: This is a good diabetic recipe because it has a good carb to protein
ratio of 15 g carbs to 6 g protein.

Grape Squash As Indian Recipes

Preparation time: 20 Minutes

Cooking time : 10 minutes
serves : 20-25
Ingredients:

1 kg grape juice from green or black grapes.

750-900 gm sugar, or to taste 1 cup water.

1 cup lemon juice or2 tsp citric acid.

A pinch of sodium benzoate preservative .
Method

1. Wash and dry the grapes. Use a blender to extract grape juice and
strain it.

2. Boil the sugar and water to make syrup of 1 - thread consistency, add
the grape juice and the lemon juice or citric acid and the sodium
benzoate.

3. Keep in the sun for 3- 4 days.

4. Pour into dry clean bottles with tight corks.

For Mango, Pomegranate or Orange Squash

The recipe is the same as the Grape Squash. The only difference is that
the fruit juice has to be boiled with the syrup for 5 minutes. Add
preservative and store in airtight bottles. For mango squash, add a pinch
of potassium metabisulphite for each bottle. For pomegranate squash, add a

Crock pot pulled pork. You could have to heat the honey up to get it to
spread properly. Use a brush and cover all the sides. Refrigerate

cup of juice, apple or orange will often suffice. Add a big spoon of the

pulled pork. Soak the wood chips for no less than 30 mins before putting

Learn How to Box with 3 Beginner Boxing Tips

If you're trying to learn how to box, then you've found out for yourself

good fighter, don't bother with learning how to jab, but if you want to be
a great fighter, that's where you need to begin. The jab is what brings
everything together and sets up your other punches. When used correctly
it's both an offensive and defensive weapon. It can be used merely as a
distraction or as an impactful weapon all on its own.

To learn the jab, stand in front of a full length mirror in a guarded,
ready boxing position. Step forward with your lead foot and at the same
time flick your lead arm straight arm. The key to getting the jab done is
the succinct nature of the step and the arm movement. As you become
comfortable with that, begin stepping quicker and throwing the punch
harder.

3. Improve your conditioning: One of the most overlooked beginner boxing
tips is that you need to get your conditioning at a higher level. It's not
the most glamorous side of boxing training at home, but it's absolutely
necessary. You can't learn how to box if you're too tired to throw a punch
or use proper form!

To help improve your conditioning right from the beginning, spend two or
three rounds jumping rope at the start and end of every workout. If you
don't have a jump rope, spend the time doing jumping jacks. Additionally,
when you're using the heavy bag keep pushing yourself with a goal for each
and every round.

For example, a goal for one round can be to throw nothing less than four
punch combinations. A goal for another round can be to throw no less than
200 punches. You'll keep your body guessing and your conditioning will
begin to take off.

How to make a Banana Apple Bread for Diabetics

When I was first diagnosed with Type II diabetes, I thought I would never
be able to enjoy anything in the sweets line again. You see, my
grandparents and my mother were Type II Diabetics. I remember tasting
some of the foods they made with the early artificial sweeteners and
frankly, I thought they were awful. I am happy to say, things have
greatly improved over the years. I have done extensive studying on diet
and diabetes and have gone to nutritional counseling. The "sweeteners" of
today are exceptional and much has been learned about dieting and
diabetes. In my case, eating potatoes raises my blood sugar more than
occasional sweets. I am pleased to say, today's recipes are very good.
Here is an example of a very good quick bread.

BANANA APPLE BREAD

1/2 cup butter or margarine

1 cup Splenda granular

2 tbsp sugar

2 eggs

1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

2 3/4 tsp baking powder

3 med bananas, chopped

1 cup peeled, coarsely chopped apple

Vegetable cooking spray

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray and set
aside.

Cream butter in a large mixing bowl. Gradually add the Splenda and sugar
to the butter, beating at medium speed of an electric mixer until light
and fluffy. Add eggs and beat until thick and lemon colored.

Combine the flour and baking powder; add to the butter mixture, mixing
well. Fold in the bananas and apple. Spoon batter into the prepared loaf
pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 5 minutes to 1 hour and 10
minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out
clean. Cool in the pan 10 minutes. Remove from the pan and cool
completely on a wire rack.

Kerchoonz Showcasing Indie Talent At Our House

Kerchoonz, the social media networking group, is partnering with cult
Mancunian online TV show, "Our House", in a bid to help promote regional
UK musical talent.

The announcement follows on from the "Kerchoonz Live" sessions in December
last year, when indie artists were invited to upload their music onto the
Kerchoonz.com site, the winners going on to perform in front of a live
studio audience at the House of Rock studios in Glasgow and receiving cash
prizes, promotion in hard press, world-wide blog networking, professional
live studio recordings and interview sessions with top journalists around
the globe.

Our House is fast becoming recognised as the platform for showcasing indie
musical talent. A mixture of music, guests and celebrity guest presenters,
with interviews being held on the sofa and live performances in the living
